About the Owner
Professional Background & Credentials
Mr. Wayne S. Bisard is a seasoned investigator with more than 31 years of professional investigative experience and 26 years in law enforcement. A United States Marine Corps veteran (active duty 1991–1994), he holds a Master's Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.
His career spans complex investigations across virtually every major criminal and financial discipline, including asset identification, financial investigations, and multi-agency coordination. For four years, Mr. Bisard served as the head of his agency's Detective Bureau, where he established a multi-jurisdictional crime task force and implemented the agency's Computer Crimes Unit.
Mr. Bisard is the current President of the Michigan Council of Professional Investigators and the owner of Wayne Bisard Investigations, a licensed firm specializing in asset location, asset recovery, and financial investigations for attorneys, businesses, and private clients nationwide.
